Dte issues promotion orders in Postal Service Group B Cadre.

Directorate issues promotion/allotment orders of IP cadre to PS Group B cadre vide memo No. 9-33/2013-SPG dated 10.10.2013. Association congratulates these officers for their newer assignments. From Punjab Circle, following were the luckiest one out of 154.
17.      Mr. Dev Raj Ratra , 14.03.1954  w.e.f 29.12.2013 -- allotted to Punjab
20.      Mr. Gurdeep Singh Brar, 05.04.1963 -- allotted to J & K
74.      Mr. Purshottam Lal,  10.10.1954 -- allotted to Haryana

    Why Mr Purushotam lal not allotted to Punjab itself. This is not correct. In a similar type of case of TN Circle, one person named PS Ramasamy who is going to retire on 31-10-14 has been allotted to TN circle itself. Something is wrong....
