Yesterday was a
sad day for Punjab Circle. Everyone is stunned to hear the sad news. Smt
Sukhvinder Kaur, Postmaster General, Punjab West Region, Chandigarh passed
away at PGIMER Chandigarh fighting with cancer, leaving behind two daughters
and husband. She also worked as Sr Supdt Post Offices, Patiala, Director Postal
Services (HQ) and Director Postal Services (R) in the Circle. Department has
lost a truly gentle lady. A void created by her would be hard to fill. Association conveys its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and
prays Almighty to rest soul in peace.
