all of them are posted too far away from there homes . what work a person can do when he or she is mentally disturbed.
It seems to be that . Deptt is not intrested that newly appointed inspectors will work for the betterment of he Deptt. . As all of them had passed the examination after lot of hard work. Punjab region area 2 memo seems to depict that message is given by the administration to newly appointees NOT TO DO WORK ONLY GO AND SEARCH POLITICAL JECKS FOR YOUR TRANSFERS . POLITICAL OR MONITORY JECKS
Dear sh balbirsingh. It is request to you being secretRy of the union you must take up the matter with hon. CPMG that in posting orders of Region no request of the IPO Trainees have been considered even WITHOUT T.A/ T.P. requests were non considered and all are placed in opposite directions . Please take up the matter s it is not a good message by the administraton.
