Transfers under rule 38 from HP Circle

Mr Satnam Dixit, Inspector Post, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh on transfer under Rule 38 of Postal Manual Volume IV has been posted as Inspector Post, Garshankar Sub Division. Association welcomes the officer back to Punjab Circle.
