THE SENIORITY OF LDCE 2008 CANDIDATES HAVE BEEN WRONGLY FIXED AHEAD OF DPC 2007 CANDIDATES. THE LDCE 2008 CANDIDATES ALSO JOINED AS GP B OFFICER IN AUG/SEP 2008 WHEREAS THE DPC PROMOTED GP B OFFICERS JOINED IN DEC 2007/JAN 2008 ITSELF. HOW THE SENIORITY FIXED IS NOT KNOWN TO ANY BODY. CAN CLARIFICATION BE GIVEN BY ANYBODY?????
