Sub: Agenda item for bimonthly meeting.

Respected Sir,
          Agenda item for discussion in bi-monthly meeting is as under:-
1.           Preparation and circulation of Seniority list / Gradation list of IP/ASP.

It is brought to your kind notice that seniority list of Inspector Posts has not been circulated in the Punjab Circle for the knowledge of incumbents. It is therefore, requested kindly to issue the aforesaid list if IP/ASP for determining the seniority amongst the IPs/ASPs in the Circle.

2.           Convening of DPC for promotion to ASP Cadre for the year 2014-2015.

It is requested to kindly convene DPC for the year 2014-2015 for promotion to ASP cadre in the Circle as many other circles namely Delhi, HP etc have already convened the same.

3.           Sanction/Payment of TA bills of IP/ASP cadre officials.

It is brought to your kind notice that some Divisions are not releasing/sanctioning the TA Bills of IP/ASP officials on the one pretext or the other. It is, therefore, requested to kindly direct all the Divisions to expedite sanction/release of TA bills of IP/ASP officials.
