Financial upgradations in IP/ASP Cadre

PMG, Punjab Region vide Memo no. STB/42-2/2010 dated 27.05.2013 reviewed the upgradation cases and granted 3rd financial upgradation under MACPS to Shri Paramjit Singh, Ex Asstt Director-I, Shri Parshotam Dass, Ex Asstt Director-II & Shri Mohinder Pal, Ex-Sr Postmaster, Hoshiarpur in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- effective from 01.09.2008. Shri Karam Chand, ASP Amritsar also got 3rd financial upgradation in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- wef 17.10.2009.

 

PMG, Punjab Region vide Memo no. STB/42-2/2010 dated 27.05.2013 also granted 3rd financial upgradation under MACPS to Shri Jarnail Singh Bhullar, ASP Ferozepur in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- effective from 02.02.2013.

Reshuffling in Punjab Postal Circle

• Mr. Bishan Singh, SSPOs Jalandhar ordered to move to Chandigarh Division, thereby making way for Mr. Nanajagi  a new JTS officer alloted to Punjab Circle. 
• Mr. T.D.Sharma (Officiating) SSPOs Amritsar has been replaced vice versa with Mr B.C.Sharma (Officiating) SSPOs Patiala.
• Mr P.D.Singh Thakur, SP(HQ) Chandigarh has been ordered to work as (Officiating) Asstt Postmaster General (Staff) Circle Office, after relinquishing the post of (Officiating) SSPOs Chandigarh for Mr. Bishan Singh, JTS officer.
• Mr Gopal Krishan Sharma, Postmaster Ropar promoted to Gr 'B' on adhoc basis and posted as Sr Postmaster Patiala.
   

RULE 38 of P&T Man IV TRANSFERS IN IP CADRE

Shri Sunil Kumar, IP Mandi Dn HP Circle Shimla has been transfereed and posted as SDI (N) Amritsar Punjab Circle while Ms. Khushdeep Sandhu IP Una Dn HP Circle has been transferred and posted as SDI (P) North Jalandhar, Punjab Circle vide Pb Circle Memo no. STB/9-14/2011 dated 10.05.2013.

Association welcomes both the IPs in Punjab.

More officers declined promotion

Director General (Posts) accepted the request of the following 9 more officers for declining their promotion to PS Group “B” ordered vide Directorate order number 9-23/2012-SPG dated 28.12.2012. This is incontinuation to the earlier 14+23 refusals accepted on 29-01-2013 and 17-3-2013.
