Notification

Under the provision of Article 30 of All India Association of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendent Posts, it is hereby notified that Circle Working Committee meeting will be held at GPO Chandigarh at 1030 hrs on 07.08.2011(Sunday) to discuss the following issues.

Agenda

1.            Discussions on the outcome of CAT Case.

2.           Discussions on filing of another CAT Case, in case, no decision is taken by DOP on the representation submitted to the Deptt.

3.            Discussion on change of charge of Circle Secretary.

4.            Proposed transfer of posts of HSG I- IPO cadre to general line.

5.            Impact on Gr B cadre on introduction of Postmaster cadre.

6.            Method of Calculation of Group B Posts.

7.            Enrolment of new entrants as member of the Association.

8.            Organizational matters, financial review / membership review.

9.            Any other issues by the permission of Chair. 

All office-bearers and CWC members of the Association are requested to attend the said meeting in time. Members of AIAIASP who are neither office-bearers nor CWC members but willing to join the CWC meeting (without the provision of special CL) are also welcome to attend the CWC meeting as invitees.
