Notification

 Under the provisions of article 25 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, it is hereby notified that the biennial 37th Circle Conference of the Association will be held at Chandigarh in GPO building on 8 April 2012 at 1100 hrs.

Agenda

1. Approval of Annual Report of Circle for the year 2010-2012.
2. Approval of audited accounts of Circle for the year 2010-2012.

 Subject matters for debate/discussion and strategy to be adopted for taking up issues with CHQ .
(1) IP Grade Pay issue
(2) Constitution of separate Postmasters Grade by the Department-Court Case
(3) Provision of infrastructure to Sub Divisions.
(4) Regular promotions to P.S. Gr. B
(5) Allotment of surplus qualified IP candidates.
(6) P.S. Gr. B Examination
(7) Cadre Review.

(9) Any other subject with the approval of the chair.
