It is very distressing that Sh. Jaskaran Singh, our senior
member and Sr. Postmaster Amritsar has taken a difficult decision of voluntary retirement
that too under the trying circumstances at the age of 53. He took this decision on two grounds
one due to sudden demise of his young daughter and second due to non
cooperation from the seniors due to his vision problem. It is not the time to
congratulate you sir on your voluntary retirement but wish you happy and prosperous retired life ahead.
Sir, You're
starting a new journey and exceptional chapter of your life. May your days be
filled with elation and accomplishments. The IPASP association thanks you for
your integrity and dedication. The association also thanks All India IPASP Association
President and all other members who joined the retirement party of Sh. Jaskaran
Singh at Amritsar.
