Conclusion
of Secretary (Finance) on IP GP issue that is otherwise unfortunate is though
not in our favour yet rests assure a log battle fought by Sh. Parmanand
&Co. will not go waste. Indeed, for us this decision is disheartening but
there is no need to panic. It is also true that IP cadre is more laborious and
intelligent than any analogous post and it is a fact that this wrong and
confusing decision will certainly made the apex bodies to think how ambiguous noting
has been given to reject the GP case of Inspector Post. They think that IPs are
exotic and can’t do any thing but we will made them realize that we are part of
the democratic set up and will fight till we get justice. Inspector Post which
is the mother of all newly born inspector cadre like its department has the
capability to prove that the department of Post has young blood inspectors even
after 218 years. My request to GS is
that now time has come to extend forceful help to Sh. Parmanand who should
immediately and without loosing time consult his advocate for filing contempt in the Hon’ble CAT. If there needs
be association can knock the door of Hon’ble High Court against this decision. Punjab Circle Association extends whole hearted support to Sh.
Parmanand and General Secretary.

Sir,
The reasons and justifications mentioned in the Red lines by Mr Parmanand are perfect. Some RTI information has been sought by him. Surely, he is much nearer to the subject and his Counsel has command over the subject. It would be better if Contempt at Ernakulam Bench be initiated by him or Writ before High Court of its jurisdiction. Filing of Writ before Hon'ble High Court would linger on the case, therefore, it is better to initiate Contempt Proceedings against Secretary Finance and Secretary DOP.
Sir,
1. please us updated about the next step .
It is very sad to note that neither the all india association nor any other circle branches have uploaded their views on blogs which shows their treatment with the IPs by so - called Association of IPs and ASPs who has turned its deaf ear towards the most important issue of ip CADRE
