CWC meeting was held under the presidentship of Shri Gopal Krishan Sharma at GPO Chandigarh to discuss the agenda items. Apart from CWC members, all the members were requested to participate in the meeting. The occassion was graced by Shri Suresh Kumar, President CHQ AIAIASP and Shri Harimohan, Circle Secretary & Asstt Director Postal Services, Haryana Circle and both the leaders were given warm welcome. The meeting started with a two minute condolence/silence tribute for all the deceased comrades and their love ones, who left for heavenly abode. The opening of CWC meeting marked with garlanding of Shri Harimohan ji, Circle Secretary. All the members applauded his contributions not only at the Circle level but also at CHQ level. The intricacies of court case in respect of LDCE for PS Gr Exam, 2011 and Sr PM Cadre CAT case were discussed in detail. Grade Pay issue and Ernakulam CAT Case thereto were the main topics among all the speakers. Developments at CHQ and Directorate level were also deliberated upon at length. Mid tenure and un precedent transfers in the Punjab Region were the other issues of the day. The change of guard of Circle Secretary to Shri Balbir Singh Kaushal, ASP (Courts) was the unanimous choice of the CWC, who shall now perform the duties of CS in accordance with section 21 A of the constitution of the Association. All the comrades resolved to provide all necessary assistance to the new Circle Secretary. Few other members were made part of the elected body against the vacancy. Meeting ended with refreshment.

really Mr.Hari Mohan has played an effective inning. though he has been transferred on promotion to Haryana circle ,he is still with us and continue his guidance for the welfare of the association as promised by him in the meeting.we pray his back home comming very soon
