My mandate as Circle Secretary of IP/ASP Association is going to ends on 8th April 2012. It has been a challenge, a learning experience, and a true joy to work for the Association. Together with my team members, we have moved our association in new directions and created new working routines. To be a part of that has been my task and I can see now as my assignment ends that IPASP Association is well on its way. Its activities are more structured, it is more transparent, delivering more services to members, and it is ready to play a more active role in its endeavors.
I am grateful for having had this opportunity and wish my colleagues the new CS, good luck with the continuation of this work. I have gained a lot of knowledge and shall always cherish this as one of the most satisfying phases in my life and career. If not for your constant support and encouragement, I would not have been able to perform my duties. I appreciate all the support, insights, and help you have provided me. During the two terms I had held the post, I did my best to discharge the duties cast upon me without fear of reprisal. I must say that I am leaving the post with good feelings and a sense of satisfaction. Thank you.

This is not fair by saying that you are leaving the post of circle secretary. We, IPs/ASPs of Punjab as well as of other circles, always require your guidance and control over this association. I wish that Harimohan Ji might have been again elected unanimously as Circle Secretary and may take up the pending issues with department with our full support to get positive results for this cadre.
We want to make you our general secretary but you did not accept the proposal. Now please do not quit from the post of circle secretary Punjab Circle because no one can change the system without being part of it. So it is our request that you please continue with your job and do the best for this cadre as whole Punjab circle is with you.
The decision to select CS for the IPASP ASsociation Punjab lies with its member. SIR - You can not decide to quit at your own.
Let us use our franchise once again.
