It is very unfortunate and difficult time for our comrades who have lost their esteemed, energetic and bold colleague while working as ASP(HQ) Sangrur. Nothing can be more sad than the untimely demise of dear Sham Karanji. Association is deeply depressed to hear this sad news. In my professional career Karan was a phone call away, sharing his vast rolodex. Every staff member has high respect for him and has benefited from his generosity of time and knowledge and his ability to create connections and help others. Our prayers go to his young family. May God help family members to bear this loss.Members are requested to attend funeral that will take place at 1600 hrs in Patiala on 20-4-2011.

Its really a sad news for all. Shri Sham Karan was truly a generous, fighter and respected comrade. We feel really depressed on hearing the news of his untimely death. May God showers his strength to the bereaved family.
Its really sad to hear the news of sudden demise of our dear Sham Karan ASPOs(Sangrur). I pray to Almighty God to take care of his family members as it will easy for them to bear this unrecoverable loss in life.

What do you think was the real cause of sudden demise of our dear ASP (HQ) Sangrur?
Is it the disease only or the cause of fluctuation in disease? and what accounts for the cause of the fluctuation of the disease...... Every one knows but no one is bold enough to accept the truth that this Department has accepted the present trend of working environment following the look alike of successful Companies/Departments but has never tried to adopt the recreational facilities provided by those successful look alikes for the welfare of their staff.
What we have adopted from others is STRESS 'N STRESS but where is the stress management. It is just like being Abhimanyu who enters the Chakraview but has least knowledge to come out of that. Fate is clear.
May God Bless all of us as the future is not uncertain now. One can easily see the mirage which reflects the next phase of our Cadre(Its BLACK)until and unless this dooms day end.

Hello everyone
I am Sunpreet Shrama,younger son of late sh.Sham Karan Sharma ji. I have seen this blog today & I really want to thank the department and all his fellow mates who have given my dad this respect. My dad is a hero for me and I really love him. All I want to say is that please never forget his service to the department and always treate his name with respect.
