REVISION IN HONORARIUM RATES

Though it is immaterial right for now but one of the items taken by association one and a half year back has been settled. Our Directorate has revised the Honorarium rates for the staff engaged for various examination duties, setting and evaluation of papers. The new rates will be applicable w.e.f 26.4.2012.The rates applicable for different activities are as under:

For the first time Punjab Circle association has taken up issue for  revision of rates in Honorarium for department examination with CHQ and than Directorate through Chief Postmaster General Punjab Circle in Oct.-2010. Our Circle Chief vide letter no. Rectt/2-19/Corr.Rlg dated 3/11/2010 has forwarded association letter to Directorate with recommendation. Now the results.

Our CHQ should realize that things move only if we mount pressure through every available option. By now, our directorate might have forwarded IP GP file to MOF, so it is the duty of our CHQ to make use of available channels to know latest position and get the file cleared from MOF. The information can have by trying RTI also. Application for execution of orders should also be moved by CHQ.
